The Junk Store Man owns the Junk Shop Lightning Parts Center in the Apple Market, although his wife is actually the one who runs the shop.

When MegaMan finds the Junk Store Man he is a short distance into the ruins, surrounded by a half a dozen or so ferocious Mirumijee. MegaMan manages to save him and is later rewarded for his efforts.

It turns out that the Junk Store Man once acted as spotter for his wife, who is much better suited to digging than he is.
