Roll has been raised by her grandfather Barrell ever since she was a baby. Her parents disappeared long ago while exploring a dig site and have not been seen since. Roll is now 14 and has developed an amazing amount of knowledge about machinery. She assists MegaMan during ruin exploration by acting as his spotter. She is an invaluable partner with a cheerful attitude. Her constant talking and directing in the ruins can be annoying at times, but her gadgets and weapons upgrades more than make up for it. Her ultimate hope is to gain information that will lead her to her parents and the Mother Lode.

Mega Man Legends -

From the start it's obvious that MegaMan and Roll have a bond like that of a brother and sister. After the Caskett family crash lands on Kattelox Island, it's Roll job to repair the Flutter. To do so, she must first help MegaMan to collect parts on his digs. Though not as praised, she helps the island almost as much as MegaMan does.

Mega Man Legends 2 -

Roll hopes to gain information that will lead to her parents and the Mother Lode, believing there is a connection between the two. She has always held hope in her heart that someday she would find them alive, so when a woman who looks just like her mother appears on TV, Roll and MegaMan set out to learn what they can.
