A Year Later

Chapter 2 - The Pirate Hunters Fight

"Incoming message from Captain X, sir." "Good, display!" said the Pirate Hunter Colonel. X was then displayed on the big ship. "Colonel, sir! We are under serious attack! REQUESTING IMMEDIATE BACKUP!" With that, X gets hit by an attack. The Colonel sits thinking. "Send X's and Zero's units down there!" Suddenly, Pirate Hunter drop ships start landing at the battle area as well as more of the Bonne's robots.

On the Island...

"X! Are you OK? Any damage?" asks Zero. "I'm Ok! No damage at all!" MegaMan, with his Blade Arm equipped, is helping Roll who took an attack to the right leg. She then notices a robot aim its cannon at MegaMan. "Get Down!" Roll pushes MegaMan out of the way, receives the full force of the blow and is sent backwards. "Roll! Speak to me!" Roll then weakly answers MegaMan. "Help...has arrived...!" MegaMan then looks up and sees many drop ships landing with soldiers stepping off of them and attacking the Bonnes' robots. Five of them run towards X and Zero. "Commander X! Commander Zero! Any damage?" says one of them. Zero looking worse than X, answers, "Yes, we're okay. Check up on them!" he says and points to MegaMan and the injured Roll. The soldiers just answer, "Yes, sir!"

While MegaMan and Roll are being treated, the Bonnes seem to be winning the battle. Then, MegaMan gets up and decides to join the fight. One of the soldiers notices MegaMan charging at the Bonnes. "Sergeant!" he says and points at MegaMan once he has the sergeant's attention. "This is for Roll!" Shouts MegaMan as he takes a mighty leap and slices one of the robots with his Blade Arm. Tron's robot notices him and fires a big blast MegaMan's way. At the last second, MegaMan dives out of the way and fires a barrage of shots at Tron's robot. After sustaining heavy damage, Tron's robot recovers and charges her robots cannon. Before it could fire, it was hit by something. MegaMan looked and saw Roll behind him with scratched up armor and a smoking buster gun aimed at Tron. Roll then charged up another shot and MegaMan took the opportunity to equip his Hyper Shell and together fired big, synchronized shots at the robot. Tron screamed as her robot took the blast and fell to the ground. Tron then hoped out of the robot, pulled out a COM-link and said, "NOW!" Three Bonne drop ships came from the sky and fired at Zero and Roll, who both took hits and fell to the ground. One drop ship landed and four servbots ran out and carried Zero and Roll into the ship and the ship took off. MegaMan ran to where the ship had been. "No!" He looked up and saw the ship. "I'm too late...Roll!!!!"

...Can MegaMan save Roll from the clutches of the Bonnes?
