Engurbots come in two very different forms. The lighter colored one can be found in the Saul Kada Ruins, where it will hover around and drop something from its mouth should someone approach it. Occasionally this may be a Fire Horokko, but most of the time it will be several thousand Zenny!

On the other hand, the darker variety hovers in one spot and will continue to drop nothing but Fire Horokko should someone approach it.

Both types of Engurbots are used by diggers as a good source for collecting Zenny.
